I dropped my laptop and was dreading having to take it in for repairs. I thought I'd try a smaller shop before going to Best Buy and I'm so glad I did. My laptop hasn’t been able to charge for a few months now and after seeing a flyer for the pc portal I decided to check it out. After stopping by i was instantly greeted by Rolando and his exceptional customer service and he helped me fix my laptop. I’ve been to multiple computer repair shops around the city and they are either overpriced or the quality of their work isn’t great. I randomly came across this shop and decided to give it a try. When I arrived the owner of the shop Rolando greeted me and was really attentive. He fixed my MacBook system issues and has really great pieces.
